Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are generally expected to reach the customer within approximately 3–7 business days.

Remote and difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Incorrect customer address

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number while placing an order.

If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

7. Failed Delivery

If a courier is unable to deliver an order due to:

Incorrect address
Incorrect phone number
Customer unavailability
Repeated failed delivery attempts
Customer refusal to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to Riyaa Wearz.

Additional charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.

8. Damaged Package

If a package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to document the condition of the package and contact Riyaa Wearz as soon as possible.
