Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Riyaa Wearz, we aim to provide quality fabric and fabric-based products and a reliable shopping experience.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under our return policy, you can contact us for assistance.

1. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return when:

• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product arrives damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product received differs materially from the product ordered.
• The product is specifically marked as eligible for return on its product page.

Unless otherwise specified, returned products should be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In original condition
• With original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable

2. Return Request Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery, unless a different return period is specifically mentioned on the relevant product page.

Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Products specifically marked as non-returnable
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Products without original tags or packaging where applicable
• Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer
• Products returned after the applicable return period

For hygiene and product-specific reasons, certain Baby, Bath, or other products may have additional return restrictions.

Any product-specific return conditions will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order ID
• Customer name
• Registered mobile number or email address
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Description of the issue
• Unboxing video, if available

Our team may review the information before approving a return, replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. Exchange

Where exchanges are available, the replacement will depend on:

• Product availability
• Variant or size availability
• Return eligibility
• Inspection of the returned product

If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative eligible resolution may be offered.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.

For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s bank account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if separately charged, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to Riyaa Wearz, such as:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect

Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated to the customer where relevant.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.

9. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If the customer’s account has been debited but the order was not successfully placed because of a payment or technical issue, the transaction will be checked.

If the payment has been successfully received but the order cannot be fulfilled, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
